There are currently 61 shopable vitality items in Deadlock, spread across 5 purchase tiers. Valve-published costs range from 800 to 6,400 souls for Tiers 1-4; Tier-5 prices are not yet in the live data. 20 are active abilities and 41 are passive.

Every item from Tier 1 (8 items) to Tier 5 (7 items) serves a different build. Low tiers are cheap early-game stats, while top-tier items are the priciest in the shop and define late-game power spikes. Match the pick to your hero and the opposing team.
